Main Street just got a little sweeter!

Rollz Ice Cream, a colourful Canadian dessert chain offering Thai-style rolled ice cream, has officially opened its first Vancouver location.

Back in May, we spotted the coming soon signs and now the shop has grand opened on August 2nd.

Owner Tirth Patel told Noms Magazine that the menu features over 60 ice cream creations. โ€œWe have a variety of colourful Thai rolled ice creams and South Asian flavours that you wonโ€™t find anywhere else in the city,โ€ he shared.

The brand was born in Scarborough, Ontario back in 2017 and now has over 17 locations in Canada.

If you havenโ€™t been yet, expect a bit of a show.

Every order is made fresh in front of you on a freezing cold plate, then scraped into signature rolls before being decked out with sauces, toppings, and whatever wild combo you can dream up.

The vibe is loud, playful, and packed with options.

From Ferrero Rocher and Mango Delight to more fusion-forward flavours like Earl Grey Biscoff or Masala Chai, thereโ€™s something for both your sweet tooth and your camera roll.

Youโ€™ll also find ice cream-stuffed waffles, milkshakes, and more customizable combos than your stomach can probably handle in one visit.

This new dessert stop now joins a growing list of food spots that recently opened in Vancouver like Daan Go Vancouver, Just Another Mount Pleasant, and Burger Zoghali West End.
