If you’re a lover of mango drinks or all things mango, then you’ll be happy about this news!

China’s Sweet7, one of the pioneers of fruit teas and mango-based drinks, has just arrived in North America.

And Vancouver’s Robson Street is their first outpost.

Since its inception in 2006 in China, SWEET7 has wowed drink lovers worldwide, boasting over 1,500 stores in more than 135 countries.

And to celebrate their arrival in the city, they’ll be having some soft opening and grand opening promos (more of this below).

SWEET7’s journey began in China, where it quickly gained popularity for its approach to fruit teas and mango-based drinks.

Utilizing fresh, local ingredients and traditional brewing methods, SWEET7 avoids artificial colors and flavours, letting the natural taste of fruits shine through.

This commitment to quality and authenticity has been a key factor in their success.

In China, the brand also has had collaborations with Stitch (from Lilo & Stitch cartoon), the Chip n’ Dale chipmunks, and Pikachu.

Robson Street’s Tropical Retreat

The new Robson Street location, formerly Chewgurt Yummy, is a cozy and bright retreat with seating for up to 20 customers.

The menu will include signature offerings that highlight Mango with various flavours.

Like the Mango Pomelo Sago – a delightful mix of diced mango, puree, coconut milk, sago, and pomelo.

Or Mango in Green Tea with Jelly, Mango Yogurt, Coconut Milk with Mango and Mochi Balls, Mango & Passionfruit Slush, Mango Sago with Coconut Milk, and Mango Milkshake varieties

Aside from mango, you can find

  • Fruit Teas (ie. Grape Iced Tea, Passionfruit Green Tea, Strawberry Iced Tea, etc.)
  • Milk Teas (ie. Jasmine, Orea Cheesecake, Fresh Taro, etc.),
  • Slushes, and
  • Soft-Serve Ice cream (ie. Mango Pomelo Sago Sundae, Brown Sugar Pearl Sundae, etc.)

For those with dietary restrictions, Sweet7 offers a selection of plant-based options.

There are a lot of options that both mango lovers and generalists would enjoy.

Soft Opening & Grand Opening Promotions

To celebrate the first North American store, SWEET7 will be offering 15% off all drinks during their soft opening phase from Jan 13 – Jan 18.

They will officially grand open with a special 50% off on its Mango Pomelo Sago Series, Signature Mango Series and Soft Serve Series from Jan 19 – 21.

These deals make for the perfect opportunity to get a taste of China’s trailblazing mango drink brand!

The West End has seen a decline in bubble tea brands in the last few years. SWEET7 will hopefully be the one to bring the resurgence to the area.
