The Richmond food scene continues to pop off with new spots opening left and right!
If you’re a noodle fan living in Richmond, you’ll be happy about this news!
Back in April 2024, we shared that a community member spotted signs for Uno Beef Noodle popped up at Blundell Centre.
Well the wait is finally over!
A community member (@tasteofvancouver) spotted the popular Taiwanese noodle shop has quietly opened their newest location!
Since its first location opened in 2019, Uno Beef Noodle has earned a reputation as one of Richmond’s best spots for authentic Taiwanese beef noodles.
Its popularity often meant you’d have to wait 30 – 50 mins for a table during regular dining hours.
True to its name, the highlight of the menu is the beef and tendon soup, available with either thin or thick noodles.
The new location mirrors the menu of the original spot on No. 3 Road, offering a variety of their popular beef noodle soups, dim sum, rice combos, and bubble tea.
The must-try?
Their signature beef and tendon soup ofcourse, which you can enjoy with either thin or thick noodles.
Other Taiwanese favs like popcorn chicken, beef roll pancakes, and braised pork with rice are highly recommended.
Located in the Blundell Centre plaza on Number 2 Road, the new spot takes over the space formerly held by 12 Baskets.
It now joins an array of dining options like Broli Kitchen, Otaru Japanese Kitchen, Coco, and LA Grill and Bistro.
Just like the original, the new Uno Beef Noodle is open until 9:30PM making it a perfect go-to spot for a satisfying meal any time of the day.
