Another Vancouver favourite has crossed the bridge.
Perfecto Cafe, known for its chic interiors, photo-printed latte art, and glossy pastries, has soft opened its first North Shore location, marking its third in BC.
First launching in Yaletown in 2022, Perfecto quickly became a great option for students to study at or for friends to catch up at.
Its nice interior and later closing times meant it was attractive for locals.
Plus, it introduced a latte art printer that let you upload your own photo and have it printed right onto your drink.
That gave it a nice boost on social.
Since then, the brand has grown its fan base across the Vancouver, expanding to the West End in 2024.
Now they’re bringing their aesthetic vibes and artisan offerings to the North Shore.
Opening quietly in early May, the North Shore location is tucked into a modern space featuring a stylish mix of velvet chairs, marble-top tables, warm wooden accents, and soft lighting.
A line of greenery trails the ceiling trim, adding to the calming and refined atmosphere.
With plenty of indoor seating and a patio space, it’s designed for both quick pit stops and cozy hangs.
Just like its other locations, this outpost serves up a rotating case of house-made gelato, flaky viennoiserie, and signature drinks like matcha lattes, peanut butter lattes, masala chai, and Spanish lattes.
There’s also a selection of artisan cakes, pastries, and sandwiches, many of which are made in collaboration with their sister shop, Fior Di Latte in Burnaby Heights.
During our visit, we spotted mango sorbet, pistachio gelato, and buttery pastries like cinnamon scrolls, pain au chocolat, raspberry croissants, and citrus mini cakes lining the counter.
Perfecto’s expansion to the North Shore comes as the area continues to grow with new spots and more foot traffic.
It’s clear they’re aiming to bring something a little elevated to the local cafe scene.
If you’re in the Lonsdale Quay area, Perfecto Cafe’s third location would make for a great caffeinated pit spot.
