Made with juicy Fraser Valley strawberries and a scoop of creamy vanilla bean gelato, this sundae is drizzled with luscious burnt caramel sauce and sprinkled with caramel crumble to add crunch for the perfect sweet bite. Topped with a swirl of whipped cream, a crisp crumble of Biscoff biscuit, and our signature Uno Gelato wafer, it’s a celebration of flavour, texture, and local goodness.
