The long-standing Vietnamese restaurant chain, which has been serving up bowls of pho across Metro Vancouver for over 30 years, has launched house-made spinach noodles as the star of their latest summer campaign.
But this isn’t your average noodle swap.
These fresh, spinach-infused noodles are made in-house daily, without preservatives or added colourants.
They add a gentle earthiness and a vibrant green hue to your pho, blending perfectly with Pho Hoa’s signature clear broth.
It’s a subtle change, but one that makes each bowl feel a little fresher, brighter, and a lot more summery!
According to the Pho Hoa team, the idea came from their continued push to offer healthier, innovative options that stay true to their Vietnamese roots.
“Spinach is packed with nutrients and brings a subtle, earthy flavour that pairs beautifully with our light, clear broth,” says Vi, a team member from Pho Hoa.
After testing it out in stores, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
And now, it’s available at all Pho Hoa locations across Metro Vancouver, but in limited daily quantities to ensure peak freshness.
To celebrate, Pho Hoa is also rolling out a Happy Hour promo running Monday through Thursday, 3PM – 6PM and 9PM – 11PM.
You’ll get 15% off the menu (excluding combos and other promos), a Chicken Popcorn Bowl with Fruit or Milk Tea for just $10.99, or a Pho “Just Enough” Bowl for $9.86.
Best of all, the spinach noodle upgrade is free for the summer, making it the perfect time to try it.
If you’re 65 or older, you can also score 15% off year-round as part of their senior discount program.
Pho Hoa may have started back in 1983 in California, but their Vancouver story goes back just as far.
With locations throughout Vancouver, Richmond, and Surrey, they’ve quietly built a reputation for offering pho that’s clean, consistent, and made with care.
