It is always good to hear when a local joint expands!
Our friends at Fraser’s Broye Cafe are gearing up for their second location, this time in Downtown Vancouver.
Broye Cafe, a Vietnamese-Japanese bakery cafe, opened its doors back in 2022.
The owners, a husband and wife duo named Louis and Louis, took over the cafe when it was a Japanese bakery known as Baker & Table, famous for its adorable character mochi melon pans.
They kept the popular baked goods and infused their own cultural flair and passion for Vietnamese coffee, creating the city’s first specialty Vietnamese coffee drink experience.
Set to charm the downtown crowd, the new kiosk on the ground level of the International Food Court promises to replicate the cozy, inviting vibe of the original Fraser Street location.
Think hand-folded paper cranes, a touch of greenery, and the rich aroma of coffee beans decorating the walls.
It’s all about bringing the dreamy taste of Vietnamese coffee to the locals.
Get ready to indulge in the favourites that have made Broye Cafe a hit!
From the moissants (mochi croissants) that offer a delightful chewy twist to the classic croissant, to the signature cute melon pans that continue to capture hearts, and of course, the specialty Vietnamese coffee drinks that are a story in every sip.
The new kiosk is an ideal stop for the weekday rush, especially with the nearby offices.
It’s set to become a go-to spot for anyone looking for a unique coffee experience or a delicious snack to eat.
The Broye team has shared with Noms Magazine that they’re eyeing a soft opening on April 12, with a grand opening celebration two weeks later.
