Vancouver’s Oakridge Park & Time Out Market Just Quietly Revealed Its Full Food Line Up

The opening of Oakridge Park and its Time Out Market is no doubt one of the biggest events this year, second to the World Cup.

And many people have been patiently waiting for the full lineup to be released for months.

Well, apparently, it has been revealed already and is in plain sight!

Oakridge Park’s interactive directory has now been populated with what appears to be the full Time Out Market Vancouver vendor and mall lineup, well before any official press release.

The map went live alongside news that Oakridge Park is targeting a grand opening at the end of May 2026.

The directory currently lists 18 named vendors for Time Out Market, with two units still unnamed.

Some names were already released in earlier waves, but the directory surfaces multiple new operators that have not been officially announced yet.

The most surprising one I spotted is the award-winning French Asian bakery, Beaucoup Bakery, which appears to be taking two stalls, not one.

One stall looks set to carry the bakery’s signature viennoiserie and pastries.

The second is a new concept called The Creamery by Beaucoup, which is described as offering soft serve and reimagined dessert classics.

Blind Tiger, the modern dumpling bar from the team behind Chinatown’s Laowai, is also on the directory.

Led by Chef Vo, the listing points to chicken and chive dumplings, shrimp toast, and sesame noodles.

España, the West End Spanish spot, is joining the market with tapas, pintxos, charcuterie, and paellas.

Michelin recognized Italian restaurant, Ask for Luigi, is showing up with a sister concept, Pasta e Basta, with cacio e pepe and rigatoni bolognese.

PiDGiN, the Asian French fusion spot from Gastown, is the second Michelin Guide listed name in the batch.

That puts foie gras rice bowls, lobster dan dan noodles, and mango rice pudding seemingly on deck.

Earlier waves that we’ve already reported on (here and here) named Feenie’s (Rob Feenie), Mee Bar (Chanthy Yen), Lunch Lady, MaKaam (Baan Lao), DownLow Chicken, Barnacle (Bar Bravo), Vikram Vij’s Peacock, SANTO TACO, Heritage Asian Eatery, Mello, Boba Run, Kishimoto, and Via Tevere.

A lounge bar and an event stage area also appear on the directory map.

Outside Time Out Market, the wider Oakridge Park food retail picture is still emerging.

Purdy’s and Nespresso both appear on the directory, as does Dellysees, a Toronto-based luxury boutique brand listed with both a retail storefront and a champagne bar lounge kiosk.

The Transit Galleria on the northeast side of P2 shows at least seven unnamed retailers tagged as food, likely a fast casual cluster for SkyTrain commuters.

Two other first-floor units beside Nespresso are tagged as food, with one potentially housing Peninsula, the Chinese seafood restaurant from the previous Oakridge, though that remains unconfirmed.

Oakridge Park’s F&B page also lists five more spots that have not been placed on the directory map.

% Arabica, Steve’s Poke Bar, Hello Nori, Cha House, and A&W appear on the page, though it is not yet clear from the public materials whether they land inside Time Out Market or elsewhere across the mall.

All of this is sourced from the public directory and could shift before the end of May 2026 grand opening.

Oakridge Park will open with select retailers and Time Out Market, with the rest rolling in over time.

We will update once Time Out Market officially confirms the new vendor names and an exact grand opening date.
