Back in September, we shared that B House Restaurant, which is known for blending Far-East flavours with West Coast flair, is expanding with a new Richmond outpost.
After finding success at their first location on Commercial Drive, Chef Hung Nguyen and his wife Vy Tran are ready to welcome Richmond locals to their 45-seat modern and inviting space.
They will grand open the new Richmond location on Tuesday, November 7th. And to celebrate the occasion, they are offering 15% OFF until Nov. 12.
From Commercial Drive to Capstan Way
The original B House, which launched in October 2020 has been a hit in the Vancouver food scene, recognized for its innovative Asian-fusion offerings and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
The new establishment, which previously housed the old Pho 37, will be bringing over fan favourite dishes like the Dragon Noodle Bowls and the Green Papaya Salad, and spicing up the menu with exciting new creations.
Chef Nguyen, with an impressive background that includes The Boathouse, Joey’s, and Milestones, and a significant tenure as Head Chef at Rogue Kitchen and Wetbar, brings his extensive experience and passion for Asian-fusion cuisine to the heart of Richmond.
A Fusion Feast for the Senses
The latest B House chapter will have an array of dishes, including:
- ‘B’ Appetite: A spread that ranges from Red Curry Mussels featuring West Coast mussels in Thai coconut red curry, to the citrusy and refined Yellowfin Tuna Tartar.
- ‘B’ With Us: Main courses that cater to hearty appetites with options like Miso Steelhead Salmon and a robust Grilled 12oz New York Striploin.
- ‘B’ Sweet: A dessert selection offering sweet finishes such as House-made Chocolate Molten Brownie and Raisin-Mascarpone Bread Pudding.
B House Richmond’s bar complements the dining experience with craft beers, creative cocktails including the Saigon Caesar and Strawberry Basil Smash, and a variety of non-alcoholic drinks.
