Hope’s culinary landscape was forever transformed since Rolly’s first opened in 1986. They’re a can’t-miss family-owned spot with an accessible location, excellent lineup of food items, and welcoming staff!

Everything in this restaurant screams retro! Prepare to experience a blast from the past from the old-school signage, chairs, layout, and more— you’re basically dining in a classic 80’s restaurant!

Don’t be surprised to witness a long line of hungry customers upon reaching Rolly’s. It’s a normal occurrence! You really can’t blame them since the restaurant is really famous. They have amassed a base of loyal patrons who always come by with every chance they get.

There are a lot of items from their vast but particular menu, but we’re biased towards their eggs benedict and seafood blended omelette—breakfast wouldn’t be the same without them! From their lunch menu, we highly recommend a Rolly’s croissant, ham, cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and mayo.

We really can’t express how impressed we are with Sharon’s beef dip, donair, and egg salad sandwich. The beef dip is arguably one of the best in Hope—thinly sliced roast beef embraced by soft buns.
