Get ready, Burnaby seafood lovers!
Finally the beloved Fraser Valley seafood spot, Bow & Stern, is grand opening on September 13, 2024 in The Amazing Brentwood!
Back in June 2023, we gave a quick teaser of the anticipated 160 seater restaurant.
Bow & Stern is expanding from its roots in Abbotsford and Chilliwack.
The restaurant is a family affair, started by Jon and Jacki Smith, who opened their first fish ‘n chips place back in 1988.
Today, Bow & Stern is a joint venture with their kids and son-in-law.
They’ve kept the family recipe a staple, ensuring that every bite is packed with tradition and love.
The new Burnaby location is a massive 5,000 square-foot space featuring a stunning oyster bar, seafood towers, and a range of surf & turf dishes.
The stunning interior combines natural wood, stone accents, and lush greenery, creating a cozy yet upscale dining environment.
There’s a chic L-shaped bar and sea-themed decor, designed to be both welcoming and sophisticated.
Exclusive to this location are three impressive seafood platters: the Hot Seafood Platter, Chilled Seafood Plate, and Signature Cold Seafood Tower.
Expect mouthwatering options like lobster tails, jumbo prawns, and oysters.
You’ll also find some of the most popular dishes from their Interior outposts make an appearance on the menu like East Coast Lobster Dip, Bow & Stern’s Signature Fish Burger, Steak & Lobster, and a Boston Clam Chowder.
During the opening phase, Bow & Stern will offer lunch, happy hour, and dinner, with brunch starting soon.
A 60-seat patio is also on the way!
Bow & Stern will be joining other popular food joints in the Amazing Brentwood like Hello Nori, Tap & Barrel, Haidilao, Earls, and the TAB food court.
