It looks like Downtown Vancouver is about to welcome a new spot that combines two of life’s greatest pleasures: coffee and fresh blooms.
A Noms Mag community member (@dinevancity) recently spotted signs for Bouquet Cafe, a hybrid flower shop and coffee bar, setting up inside Landmark Robson in the West End.
According to its Instagram, it promises to be a “retreat for the finest coffee and freshest blooms in town.”
And their tagline says it all: “The earth smiles in flowers and runs on coffee.”
The family-owned cafe will focus on vibrant floral arrangements paired with a cozy café experience, creating what they call a “haven” for guests to unwind, connect, and savour small but meaningful moments.
At the moment, there is no other information about its offering.
While their signage hints at a summer 2025 opening, the countdown timer on their website suggests they may be eyeing a September launch instead, with just over 90 days left at the time of writing.
Bouquet Cafe will be moving into a neighbourhood that’s already spoiled for choice when it comes to coffee.
Perfecto Cafe and Coffee Bun are just steps away from Landmark Robson and Unni Pastries further down.
But if they can deliver on their promise of creating an aesthetic, flower-filled oasis, they’ll likely become a favourite for anyone craving a beautiful space to relax, or to snap the perfect Instagram shot.
