Mexican cuisine lovers in downtown Vancouver is in for a treat!
We spotted signs for La Taqueria Pinche Taco Shop’s upcoming new location in the Waterfront area.
Set to open this year at the 601 Waterfront Hub Tower, across from SFU Harbour Centre, this will be a delight for all the students and workers in the area.
Since the brand started in 2009 on Hastings St., La Taqueria has been dishing out some of the best Mexican street food, including classic tacos and Mexico City quesadillas.
The brand, known for its commitment to expressing Mexico’s history and unique flavours, already operates several locations in Metro Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Victoria.
This new location follows the closure of their Hornby Street location last June, continuing their legacy of bringing delicious, fresh, and fun Mexican cuisine to Vancouver.
The La Taqueria team has informed Noms Magazine that it is slated to open in Summer 2024.
