The news of the much-awaited reopening of Long’s Noodle House has finally been released!
Trio Bistro, the food stall that Long’s is taking over, has announced on Facebook that the beloved Shanghainese food spot will grand open on November 8th.
But if you can’t wait until Wednesday, you can visit them during their soft opening period now. Do understand that they are still tinkering around with their operations and things may take extra time to prepare.
Get Up To Speed – A New Chapter Begins
In a heartfelt transition, Trio Bistro has announced the end of their chapter to make way for Long’s Noodle House.
The public announcement on October 14th on their Facebook group expressed admiration for Long’s handcrafted traditional dishes, signaling the start of a fresh journey for both Long’s Noodle and the bustling food court, which is especially popular on weekends.
Admiralty Centre food court is a popular spot for locals, featuring spots like Riceholic and Kam Ho Noodle Express. The addition of Long’s is expected to add to the food court’s allure.
Overcoming Adversity
The community was shaken when, on May 13th, a fire broke out near Long’s Noodle House, leading to significant damages and an indefinite closure.
There were no injuries, but the incident left the restaurant’s future uncertain.
However, this year’s rollercoaster events haven’t dampened the spirit of this family-owned establishment, known for its Shanghainese cuisine since 1992.
Renowned for dishes like Xiao Long Bao and beef noodle soup, Long’s commitment to quality and traditional cooking techniques remains unwavering.
Save the Date
Foodies and fans of Long’s Noodle better mark their calendars for November 8!
The Admiralty Centre’s food court will no doubt be even busier now as Long’s Noodle House is making its grand opening.
