West Vancouver, you can finally put the car keys away.

Your next craving for viral, build-your-own hot pot won’t require a drive across the bridge.

Red Note user 爱吃日料的小白 spotted Big Way coming soon signage at the previous Park Royal Legendary Hot Pot unit.

Park Royal’s online directory is also listing Big Way as a tenant, which is usually the clearest sign that the deal is done.

This will mark the brand’s first West Vancouver outpost.

Big Way’s whole model is fast, chaotic, and kind of addictive.

You grab a bowl, stack it with ingredients from the self-serve bar, pick a broth or dry mix, and the kitchen cooks it to order while pricing it by weight.

On their menu, the brand says you’re choosing from 100-plus ingredients and 18-plus broths and dry mixes, so it’s very easy to go in with a plan and leave with a noodle mountain.

Big Way first built its fanbase in Burnaby, launching on Kingsway in 2021, and it has been expanding hard ever since.

The hot pot chain has grown to more than 20 locations, with Olympic Village and North Vancouver being their most recent launches.

The brand is no longer just a local secret; they now have locations in Ontario and even California.

Alongside this Park Royal location, Big Way has pointed to more locations in progress, including Surrey and Tsawwassen Mills.

There’s no official opening date for West Vancouver yet, but between the signage and the mall listing, it feels like we’re past the rumor stage.

For now, keep an eye on Big Way’s socials, and maybe start mentally preparing your spice tolerance for a post-shopping hot pot pit stop.
