If you live in Brentwood and love noodles, your lunch options just got a lot better.
Kinton Ramen continues its aggressive Metro Vancouver expansion and has officially soft opened its newest store.
This marks the brand’s very first outpost in Burnaby.
The new shop is located right in the heart of the massive Gilmore Place development.

It is an intimate spot, coming in at 1,080 sq. ft. with just 33 seats, so expect a cozy vibe during peak hours.
If you aren’t familiar with the name, Kinton is a heavyweight in the Canadian ramen scene.
They first made their mark in 2012 and have since built a cult following with over 30 locations across Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.
Their claim to fame is their “savoury symphony” broths, which blend pork bone stock, chicken stock, fish broth, and fresh vegetables.

Gilmore Place is slowly transforming into a legitimate food hub.
Kinton Ramen joins a stack of recently opened heavy hitters in the complex, including Big Way Hot Pot, KFC, Galbi KBBQ, Trees Organics, and Sun Tea.
However, if you are waiting for the planned T&T Supermarket, don’t hold your breath—it has yet to make much progress.
The Brentwood area is officially becoming a ramen battleground.
Kinton joins the ranks of nearby joints like Kokoro Mazesoba and Jinya, giving locals even more variety when the noodle craving hits.
The expansion isn’t stopping here.

Next on the list for the brand are upcoming locations in Richmond and Coquitlam.
Kinton Ramen joins a wave of new food spots in Burnaby, including Nampo, Cotti Coffee at Lougheed, and RGK BBQ at Crystal Mall.
