Ever thought about mixing rosé with Fanta?
Sounds weird, right? But it turns out, it’s actually pretty amazing.
Wootak from Bar Chemistry recently decided to give this unusual combo a try after getting tons of requests from his community.
Being a man of the people, he couldn’t resist.
@barchemistry Replying to @Ian red wine and coke was a hit so now we trying rose and fanta??? #wine #cocktails #bartender #bartending #mixology #barchemistry ♬ original sound – BarChemistry
So, he grabbed a bottle of rosé, some Fanta, and gave it a go.
First things first, he poured about five ounces of rosé into a glass.
Pro tip: he did the liquid first and then added the ice. According to him, that’s the better way to do things.
Next, he hit it with some “orange bubble leaves” – aka Fanta.
He topped it off with ice and gave it a good stir.
The result? A drink that looks and smells like an Aperol spritz.
Time for the taste test.
The verdict?
“That one’s a winner right there.”
He continued that if the Coke and red wine mix was an 8.5 out of 10, this rosé and Fanta combo gets at least an 8.
However, Wootak found it a bit too sweet for his taste, mostly because the Fanta’s flavor dominated.
But if you’ve got a sweet tooth, you might love it even more.
He noted that while the Coke paired well with red wine, creating a balanced flavor, this mix is just straight-up delicious.
So, what makes this combo so good?
It’s all about the balance of flavors. The rosé brings a light, fruity note, while the Fanta adds a sweet, citrusy kick. Together, they create a refreshing drink that’s perfect for summer.
If you’re looking for a new drink to try at your next party or just want to mix things up a bit, give rosé and Fanta a shot. It’s super easy to make, and you only need two ingredients.
Plus, it’s a great conversation starter.
So, grab a bottle of rosé and a can of Fanta, and see what the hype is about. You might just find your new favorite drink.
Ready to mix up your drink game? Cheers to trying new things and discovering delicious surprises!
