Dalgona, caramel-stewed banana, jackfruit and condensed milk over soft serve, finished with a toasted spring roll wrapper and a meringue cloud. A nod to Filipino heritage month.
Cendol Dream Sundae
Pandan soft serve made with real pandan leaves and loaded with pearls, grass jelly, lychee jelly and red bean. Refreshing and fragrant.
Mango Sticky Rice Dream Sundae
Real mango sorbet swirled with vanilla soft serve, topped with toasted-coconut mochi, a drizzle of coconut cream, and a meringue cloud cookie. Staff favourite. Vegan option will be a modified version of the sundae.
Vietnamese Coffee Dream Sundae
Vietnamese coffee soft serve topped with house-made dalgona, a drizzle of condensed milk, and a meringue cloud cookie.
