Lychee Osmanthus Float
Osmanthus has been the flower of 2026 so far - floral, sweet, with hints of stone fruits. We combined it with our favourite stone fruit of all: lychee. Served as a float with club soda over a bed of lychee and osmanthus jelly.
Tokyo Bananana
Inspired by every Japanese tourist's go-to souvenir. Triple banana: (1) banana pudding soft serve made with real banana puree, (2) banana custard filling in our taiyaki cone, and (3) banana chiffon cake.
