One of the most hyped breakfast chains in the world is finally making its way to Vancouver.
Eggslut, the LA-born egg sandwich chain that has built a cult following across multiple continents, is planning to open a location in Vancouver in summer 2026.
It will be part of the brand’s first expansion into Canada.

The Vancouver location does not have a confirmed address yet.
The lease is still being finalized, according to a report by Retail Insider published in February.
Toronto will get Eggslut first.
Two locations are planned there, with the first expected to open in spring 2026 and a second following in early summer.

Vancouver is expected to come after both Toronto spots are up and running.
For those unfamiliar, Eggslut started as a food truck in Los Angeles back in 2011.
It was founded by chef Alvin Cailan and quickly gained a massive following, with lineups that stretched for hours at its original stall inside Grand Central Market in Downtown LA.
The menu is built around eggs in every form.

The signature dish is called The Slut, a coddled egg sitting on top of a smooth potato puree, served in a glass jar with slices of baguette for dipping.
Since those early food truck days, the brand has expanded to locations in Venice Beach, Glendale, West Hollywood, Las Vegas, Seattle, Atlanta, London, Tokyo, Kyoto, Perth, and Manchester.
The Seattle location on Capitol Hill is currently the closest spot to Vancouver and has been a destination for local foodies willing to make the drive south.
A Vancouver location would save fans the trip across the border.
There is no word yet on where exactly the Vancouver outpost will land, but the lease being in progress suggests things are moving forward.
Eggslut now joins a growing list of international food brands expanding into Metro Vancouver, including Dave’s Hot Chicken and Crumbl Cookies.
