After months of delays, Big Way’s UBC location is officially soft opening on March 1st at the University Village area!
They have taken over the previous One More Sushi located on the second floor.
Big Way has become THE go-to spot for customizable Malatang hot pot in Vancouver.
You can expect that familiar self-serve experience that many locals know and love.
That means that iconic wall of fresh ingredients and a variety of broths to choose from.
(P.S. Collagen Bone Broth is supreme!)
And yes, you still end your meal with ice cream, a signature treat that every Big Way location offers.
Each Big Way outpost has a slightly different vibe, and the UBC location is no exception.
From what we’ve seen, expect a modern, stylish interior featuring warm wooden tones, geometric floor tiles, and cozy seating areas.
For night owls and late-night cram sessions, you’ll be happy to hear that this location will be open from 11 AM to 2 AM.
Imagine going for Big Way after a long day of studying at IKB or the Nest.
You bet SFU students envy you.
With this new opening, Big Way Hot Pot will now have ten locations operating across Metro Vancouver, and their expansion continues as they just landed in Toronto this month.
