Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine Required

Heads up! A vaccine card is compulsory for all BC residents to enter Rogers Arena as well as restaurants and clubs affiliated with the Canucks game. 

The official directive also addressed that visitors aged 12 and above need to be fully vaccinated at least seven days prior to the game. Children under 12 are exempt from showing full proof of Covid-19 vaccination if they are accompanied by fully vaccinated adults. Details following the proof of vaccination for the Canucks game will be announced soon

This year, the full 82-game schedule lasts for 6 months, starting on Oct 13th 2021, and ending on April 29th 2022. The ‘Nucks will spend the 6 first days on the road, with their first game playing against the Edmonton Oilers.

Rogers Arena has been sitting at 800 Griffiths Way since 1995. This is a multi-purpose arena that is known as the home of the Vancouver Canucks hockey team. 

Its central location allows feasible visits from any part of the city. Public entrance and exit to the arena are accessible via Gate 2 from Dunsmuir Street Viaduct, Gate 3 from Expo Boulevard, Gate 7 from Pacific Boulevard, and Gate 8 from Georgia Street Viaduct.

The award-winning eatery is located in Yaletown and offers an eye catching brick and beam ambiance with top notch service. If you want to impress someone special or just have something fresh (and scrumptious) on your plate this evening, wear some of those fancy threads that are hidden away at the back of your drawer!

Marutama Ra-men

If you’re not looking for anything fancy before the game, then some of the best ramen in the city is just a couple blocks from the arena at Marutama Ra-men. They specialize in simple and light ramen atop a chicken broth base, with ingredients coming from all over Japan.

In the morning at 6:00 AM, their team prepares a soup and chewy ramen noodles from scratch. Each day they make 1500 batches of noodles and still sell out before closing.

Their Tamago Ramen is a crowd favourite, with all the ingredients (cha siu & the a perfectly cooked ramen egg) that make for one delicious bowl of ramen.

Pro-tip: When you receive your bowl of ramen, always add the garlic chips. You will never be the same again after trying it.

Not quite walking distance from Rogers Arena but right beside Waterfront Skytrain! So you can get some of Miku’s famous Aburi sushi and then zoom down Expo line to the arena.

Fun fact: When Queen Beyonce and Jay Z were in town for their concert, they dined at Miku.
