1. Crumbl Cookies
Crumbl Cookies, a renowned cookie and dessert brand known for its sizable cookies and iconic pink packaging, is set to open its first British Columbia location in Port Coquitlam.
The Port Coquitlam store, expected to open in early May, is located at the Clock Tower Centre plaza, promising to be a new favorite for cookie lovers and dessert enthusiasts.

2. Haidilao Amazing Brentwood
After years of anticipation, the Haidilao Hot Pot outpost at The Amazing Brentwood in Burnaby is finally opening!

3. Via Tevere Main Street
Via Tevere Pizzeria, renowned for its authentic Neapolitan pizzas, is set to open its second Vancouver location in Mount Pleasant.
The new spot will serve traditional pizzas made with quality ingredients like double zero flour and San Marzano tomatoes, cooked in a wood-fired oven, and will also feature some plant-forward dishes from its sister brand, Grano Pizzeria.

4. Hello Kitty Cafe
Hello Kitty Cafe is gearing up to open its very first Canadian outlet in Downtown Vancouver.
This upcoming Robson Street location promises a “super cute” dining experience with a menu similar to its American counterparts
From our conversations with the Sanrio team, they’ve been working with the Japan team to make sure everything is top notch.
Rumors are spreading that May 17th is the new estimated date. This can be likely as they started hiring staff in early April.

5. Takenaka Gastown
Takenaka, a popular Japanese bento and onigiri brand is opening a new location in downtown Vancouver’s historic Gastown area, taking over a space formerly occupied by Rodney’s Oyster House.
This expansion comes after their successful introduction of their onigiri cafe in East Vancouver.

6. Little Pisces Burnaby
Little Pisces, a new dessert shop specializing in taiyaki and soft serve ice cream, is set to open on North Road in Burnaby.
Founded by Jacky Tian and Linda Dai, the shop aims to popularize taiyaki among Metro Vancouverites with innovative flavours and a community-driven approach, featuring a menu that caters to the city’s diverse tastes.
The shop is expected to open in late May.

Pallet Coffee is expanding in Vancouver with a new location set to open downtown at the former site of Sciue Italian Bakery on Melville and Thurlow Street.
