1. Saku Brentwood (Just Opened)
The popular Japanese tonkatsu restaurant Saku has just soft opened their new outpost in Burnaby, bringing their renowned fried pork cutlets to the Solo District towers.
After making waves since 2018, Saku continues to satisfy with this fifth location, promising the same beloved menu minus a few specials found in Richmond.

2. Monarch Burger (Just Opened)
Monarch Burger, a beloved Vancouver burger joint, has reopened on Main Street after a long hiatus.
Chef Robert Belcham brings back his signature meticulously crafted burgers, using locally sourced, dry-aged beef, handmade buns, and a secret sauce that keeps fans coming back.

3. Hello Kitty Cafe Vancouver (Just Opened)
The first Hello Kitty Cafe in Canada has officially opened on Vancouver’s Robson Street.

4. MACU Tea Downtown Vancouver (Opening Soon)
MACU Tea, a hit for its fresh mango drinks and Taiwan roots, is set to delight fans with two new locations in Metro Vancouver—near Robson Street and in Burnaby.
The former is set to open at the end of May or beginning of June.
The brand promise to offer the same fresh, natural ingredients and innovative “Drinking Dessert” beverages that have previously drawn massive crowds.

5. Bada by Damso (Opening Soon)
Downtown Vancouver’s West End is about to get a splash of Korean flavour with Bada, a new seafood-centric spot by the creators of the beloved Damso.
Set to launch this May at 1680 Robson Street, Bada will feature unique dishes like Korean sashimi, seafood wraps, and oysters topped with beef tartare in a vibrant, neon-lit 25-seater venue.

Cafe La Foret, known for its stunning visuals and delicious menu, opened a new rainforest-themed cafe in Coquitlam on May 18th.
